What can I say, I was hooked after the first use. Then, after three months, the fan blade broke and there's no warranty protection. And we're talking I maybe used it 15 times. It will do a great job until it quits on you.

I got this as a gift a year or so ago. Nice gift! But within a couple months, it crapped out. I took it back to Sephora and they swapped it out no question asked - adding that there must have been a bad batch.

No problems with it for about a year and then the fan inside the dryer came off it's seating. Which, it's not a dryer without. Sephora no longer stocks this model so they couldn't help me. They put me in contact with T3 directly (which was a bit of a pain but worth it in the end) and they were very responsive. A rep emailed me back within a couple hours apologizing for the trouble. She gave me the form to return it and waived the $14.95 whatever fee (darn right too). So I had to shlep to the post office and post it to CA. Which was a pain. But it worked out in the end.

Finally I get my dryer back (I had emailed the rep back asking for status update at one point and she got back to me superfast with a tracking number)... it was the $300 t3 with a form letter saying DUE TO HIGH DEMAND WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY AN OVERNIGHT DRYER FOR YOU AND HAVE UPGRADED blah blah blah. So, for $12 in postage, I got me a $300 dryer.

Anyway... KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE... I think this was just a bad design. Works great while it works. My hair is less frizzy when I dry it than with a normal dryer... but my best bud says t3 makes her hair frizzier. Who knows. I really missed my dryer and am glad to have it back. Or it's big sister anyway.

T3's customer service in my experience has been very very good. You might want to get the full size dryer while it's on sale.

While this dryer worked, I loved it. All of the sudden the fan piece in the back became disconnected and it no longer works. I'd try to fix it because it cost so much but I can't get it open. I only had it one year.

I have never written a review, let alone a negative one. But I want to warn people about this really awful product.

I bought my T3 Overnight Dryer from a certified dealer. It broke (the fan blade detached) after using it maybe 7 times and traveling with it once. So I return it to T3 Micro under their replacement program. They waive the $13 fee they charge for returns because... they planned to send me a completely different dryer--and it is not a travel dryer. They call it an "upgrade" but I needed a travel dryer with dual-voltage, not a full-size dryer that doesn't have dual-voltage. The "reason" they offer for doing this is because of "overwhelming demand for the c dual voltage Overnight Travel dryer (83818 or 83818-SE) Glow Dryer (83450) and our Pink ProDryer(83971, we will be unable to replace these dryers with a like item." They continue, "Thank you for your understanding."

What I understand is that these dryers are so defective that you won't replace them b/c they will break in a couple months. T3 could have sent me an email giving me the option of accepting this "upgrade" or getting my money back, but they chose not to do that.

Then Kent Yu, the president and founder of T3 writes what he titles, "A Love Letter" telling me that he loved his wife so much, he invented this defective dryer for her, and sells them all over the world. I guess that's why there is a shortage of the dual-voltage travel dryer--Mr. Yu sent them out of the country to replace all the defective ones he sold to people around the world. Mr. Yu is now selling styling products, so I would be afraid of them, too, even though he didn't invent them.

Ever since I've been coloring my hair for the last few years, I've had incredibly dry hair. I've tried everything. I even have a $50 bottle of shampoo in my shower. I picked up this dryer at marshalls for $30 bucks and checked the reviews and was not expecting much, based on all the negative reviews. I just used it for the first time and my hair is not dry or frizzy!! It's smooth! I don't know how it works but I'm so glad I tried it. Even if it breaks I will definitely buy another one.
